A photocopy of your request will be mailed to you and filed in the office.

We still have a limited number of openings, sign up below!

Going forward, we will send out the Mass signup on Monday's via email. You may also access the sign up portal on our parish website: IHM-Parish.org. We are only allowed 25% capacity, so we are offering a sign up process that will close once capacity is met. If you have not signed up, please use the form below.

You will receive a confirmation email, there is no need to print and bring with you. We will have a list of confirmed attendees at the church entrance.

We will gather in the South Parking Lot for standardized sign distribution and then take our places silently, prayerfully and socially distanced (25 feet apart).

HOPE COMMUNITY SOUP KITCHEN –

NEEDS YOUR HELP

A few of our parishioners cook, in their homes, for the HOPE Community Supper Program. We are looking for new volunteers, as some cooks are no longer able to do it, and the need for this service is greater than ever due to the current situation (lost jobs and reduced incomes).

We cook in our homes and deliver to the Church one to two times a month, It is then picked up and delivered to HOPE Community Services in New Rochelle (hopecommunityservices.org). We do this every third Friday, and also the occasional 5th Tuesday of the month. If cooking is "not your thing" but you'd like to help with shopping for other food items, that is also really needed.

The Meatloaf Kitchen II (NY, NY)

Dear Parishioners of IHM,

Thank you so much for your generous donation to University Community Social Services, Inc. gifted on 6/22/2020 in the amount of $500.00. As you may know, we are dealing with a great increase in guests due to the consequences of the COVID19 pandemic. We have seen as many as 700 guests on Saturdays and to meet the need we boosted breakfast by 130% and added 70% more lunches.

Your thoughtfulness of this gift will enable us to continue our mission to assist indigent New Yorkers who come to us hungry or in need of social services.

Stay safe and be well. May the love and hope you bring to our guests be returned to you and your loved ones this year.

GOLDEN WEDDING JUBILEE MASS CANCELLED DISTRIBUTION OF CERTIFICATES

In May, the difficult decision was made to postpone the Golden Jubilee Wedding Mass scheduled to have taken place in June at Saint Patrick’s Cathedral. Due to the uncertainty of large group gatherings in New York City, the Golden Jubilee Wedding Mass will now be cancelled. We are disappointed, but the latest guidance in the city and state preclude doing so.

To ensure all eligible couples are recognized for their faith, commitment and fiftieth wedding anniversary, the office of special projects and events will work with each parish to ensure wedding certificates are issued to commemorate this blessed sacrament of marriage.

Parish staff may enroll golden jubilee couples for the commemorative certificate until Monday, November 2 at 5:00 PM.

Certificates will be mailed directly to each parish for distribution. Please contact the IHM Parish Secretary, Joanne Tormey, at 914-723-0276 to submit your name and address for a commemorative fiftieth wedding anniversary certificate.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Sunday Masses are open to the public at 25% capacity. Mass Times are 5:30PM Vigil and 8AM, 10AM and 12 noon on Sunday. Please follow the sign up process for these masses.
Weekday Masses are open to the public at 25% capacity. We are following the regular weekday schedule and masses will he held at 6:45AM and 9AM.
Confession: Saturdays from 4-5PM.
Live stream: All Sunday Masses will be live streamed. We will live stream the 9:00 AM weekday and Saturday Masses. Masses can be viewed on our website at IHM-Parish.org.
The Rectory is open with limited hours of 10AM - 4PM.
IHM Online Contributions through WeShare: Please consider using WeShare to set up electronic recurring contributions to IHM. Support our parish consistently, even if you are unable to attend Mass!
Mail in Contributions: If you can't attend Mass or use WeShare, you may mail in your envelopes. We do not have a secure drop off spot on the premises, so please do not hand deliver your contribution envelopes to the Rectory. Our mailing address is: IHM Rectory, 8 Carman Rd, Scarsdale, NY 10583.
